According to a World Economic Forum Report published in 2020, by the year 2025, the top 10 skills in terms of prominence in the job market are soft skills, including creativity, leadership, flexibility, complex problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration. Having these skills will be crucial for people in order for them to become better able to adapt to the changing needs of future jobs. Learning soft skills should start early in basic education, then refined at colleges and universities, and, ideally, continue during lifelong learning as an adult.
