How to Delete Your JAKAPA Account

1. Log in to your account

Using your email address and password, google login, or your EdLink, log into your JAKAPA account.

2. Navigate to the Account Landing Page

In the upper, right-hand corner, click on the mobile menu, or hamburger, icon.

3. Delete Your Account

At the bottom of the page, click “Delete my Account”

In the lower, right-hand corner, click on the Account/Profile icon.

3. Access Your Profile

Click on the “Profile” button and proceed to your profile settings page.

4. Delete Your Account

At the bottom of the page, click “Delete my Account”
